Why is my family getting sick?

I got something at Branson the other day and i caught a 24 hr stomach bug and dieherrea (however you spell it.) My mom, aunt, and grandma got it. Thats natural spread right? Well, my cousin couldn't fly in for our late family christmas because she got the same bug with the same symptoms. Then so did uncle steve. And uncle glen. 3 of my friends. My dog even got sick but thats because of something else. I heard on facebook that there's a superbug with the same symptoms going around the US that was brought in from another country. Me being all computer cyborg, my eyes are glued to minecraft like 6 hours a day, i don't get the info on anything so tell me, WHAT IS GOING ON AND WHY IS EVERYBODY GETTING SICK?! Apparently its ppl all over the place.
