I've been experiencing this problem for a long time, I'm totally fine when I play other genres like MMORPGs and Arena styled ones. But when it comes to Minecraft or Alice madness returns, i become nauseous when I play for like 10 minutes, at first I try to ignore it, but then the stomach churning feeling becomes unbearable and I have to go lie down. What should I do?
Why do I get nauseous when I play first-person games?

I'm no expert, but I think this happens to some people when they play First-Person Games because in the game they are moving but in real life they are not actually moving. I'm not familiar with Alice Madness Returns, but in Minecraft you can go to the options, then to video settings, and then you can turn "View Bobbing" to off. That may help, but like I said, I'm no expert.
