Which one of these two laptop's will be a better choice?

I'm going to buy a laptop basically for gaming purpose. But my budget is not too high. I can afford a laptop within 50k.
So, I have marked two laptops for me. One is of Dell and the other is one of HP.
1. The specification of the Dell laptop are.
- icore 5 processor.
-1 TB hard disk.
- AMD 8670M HD 2gb Graphics card.
- 6gb RAM.
-Price around 50000.

2. The specification of the HP laptop are.
-icore5 processor.
- 1 TB hard disk.
-Nvidia Geforce 740M 2gb graphics card.
-4gb RAM.
-Price around 47000.

So, according to you which one of these laptop will give a better gaming experience. And which one has a better overall performance.
Finally for which one I should go, Dell or HP.

Laptop #2 has a better GPU.
Laptop #1 has more RAM.

If you are playing graphic intensive games and gaming in general, get #2.
If you are playing ram intensive games with massive worlds get #1 (such games include Minecraft).

Diablo III, 1920x1080, High + AA runs at 46fps on laptop 2 and a lowly 17 on laptop 1. Considering that Laptop 2 is cheaper, it's a no-brainer.

Definitely go with Laptop 2. There's a huge difference between 17fps and 45.

And as Niem said, ram can always be upgraded for cheap depending on the RAM configuration. All the more reason to get laptop 2.

Nvidea graphics are the much better than AMD graphics
The dell laptop is overcharging you by giving just extra 2gb ram that should not cost this much

I have both the laptop. Dell i'm using and HP my wife. I will suggest you Dell better than HP. I can compare both very easily to work on daily bases. Go for Dell.

Intel > AMD
RAM can be upgraded easily, cheap too.
So the latter would be better.
