I'm hoping to get a new computer soon and I mainly use it for gaming on MMO/MMORPG games like Wizard101, LoL, and I also would like to use it for Minecraft even. I just want to see which computer would be the fastest and most reliable.
1.) Dell - Inspiron 17.3" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive
2.) HP - ENVY TouchSmart 17.3" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive
The only difference on paper is that the HP has an i7. You won't see an infinite amount of difference in gaming potential just from that, though. Assuming both have the same graphics card (you want something with a dedicated GPU rather than an integrated one), the HP is a better choice but is most likely more expensive.
The i7 is more powerful than the i5. All other things being equal then, the HP would be the better one.
Look at the graphics card (GPU) and come back and update your question or make a new question
the GPU is the most import thing
it is true that the i7 is better than the i5, but if the i5 has a better GPU then you definitely get it
