Which minecraft username is better?

I've been playing minecraft for a year now on my brothers account and I wanted to get my own account.
Options:
pinkzamantha (that's my ig name lol)
zamasaurus
itszamantha
and… Any suggestions? No cheesy name like "DarkL0rdOfDoom" or "PrincessGurlFairy"

I like the first two a little better than the third, but it's hard to decide:/ In the end, it's all your choice of course. Pick whichever one you feel most comfortable, and you don't think you'll mind having for a long time.
