Which is a better Minecraft Username?

I'm getting a new Mc account because i hate my old username. I want my name to be original but at the same time, i don't want anything that i will want to change later. These are the 3 names available that i found: ConorSmitty, Conor_Smith, and Cmitty or Cmithy. The Cmitty and Smithy are a combination of my first and last name in case you were wondering. Which do you think is the best username?

I think you should pick a username that doesn't suggest your actual name for security reasons.

Make a username you won't forget, but make it ageless, so you won't regret it later. Also don't use your whole name. Part of it is OK.
