I have Minecraft and I want to download Galacticraft, but I can't find where to do it for real. Plus, I have no idea on how to set it up. Can someone give me a link and some instructions?

Easy mode dude. Go to www.technicpack.net. Download the launcher and run the Tekkit modpack. That has Galacticraft + a bunch of other fun stuff. It will set everything up for you.
