It does not need much power i will mostly use it for minecraft but i would like to play other games like swtor and marvel heroes. My current computer can only play minecraft and its really laggy

1. All gaming computer that are worth anything at all will be over 500USD
2.to play those games with high quality you will need to spend close to 700 to 1000 USD
3. Save up more money then buy basically any laptop with a dedicated gpu and you would be good…

The PC I got before my current one costs SGD$700 and it could be used for gaming. The Processor was i5 and the GPU was Sapphire HD 6670. I could play skyrim on ultra.
However parts may vary from country to country (I mean pricing)
Furthermore this was built by myself. Also I don't see how you expect to build a laptop, go for PC.
Also try speeding up your laptop by using gamebooster and defragging your computers HDD regularly
