What's the best Recording Software for windows 7 that uses less rescources and gives about 100 fps?

Added (1). hi i have been wanting to upgrade to windows 7 but i did and i wasn't too happy see i have a pretty good pc and everything is super fast but the recording on windows 7 was POOR i got around 10 FPS on minecraft on max settings its the same on bandicam, msi afterburner recorder, fraps, and others. And the recording on the desktop i get around 2 FPS. WHY?

Well your ram may be the problem. Try to get 6gigs or try OBS (Open Broadcasting Software) (https://obsproject.com/download) (Free, open source software for live streaming and recording)
