Best recording software and possibly performance tips?

I want a good recording software for gameplay so I can record CSS/CS: GO and Minecraft on 100+ FPS, and if you have any idea on how I can improve my performance on my computer, graphic cards, AMD catalyst Control Center and windows settings in overall.

Specs:

Processor: AMD A6-4400M APU with Radeon HD Graphics 2.70 GHZ

RAM: 8 GB

64 Bit

Windows 8

Laptop (I know. Not good)

Also I have a cooling pad and I've cleaned my computer fans and such but my computer still gets hot, any idea on how to also fix that would be So much appreciated

The recording software will probably record at 30 fps so as long as your game stays above 30 fps there will be no difference between 60 fps and 100, FRAPS is what people usually use, I've heard of people using Dxtory. As for performance, check how much VRAM your graphics card has, and make sure to install optifine for Minecraft. And obviously close other programs when recording.
