What am I doing wrong on my YouTube gaming channel?

I have been on YouTube properly for about 4 months now and in that time I have learned a lot of new ways to edit and increase the quality of my videos. However, in this time I have gained very few subs (26 subs at this moment in time) and a mixed result of views on each of my videos. I appreciate all the people who have subbed to me and I try to respond to their comments either on the video or on one of their videos, but I'm looking around on other people's gaming YouTube channels and some have like over 200 subs due to 7 videos (that were the same quality than mine) within a month of being on YouTube. This has just led me to believe that I must be doing something wrong with my channel but I don't know what. I share my videos on social media like Facebook and twitter and I post my Minecraft videos on a forum.

Here's a link to my YouTube channel so you can take a look

There are a lot of gaming Channels. You have to be unique. Wear a thong or a squirrel fursuit

I think gaming has become really popular and a lot of people do it so it's hard to get big in that sphere, I think your should try making more personalised video thumbnails and profile pic, banner etc. Also I would suggest trying a bigger variety of things, if you have your heart set on games try some comedy ones or long LPs, Minecraft is a bit boring TBH and so many people do it that it's kind of mainstream so your should try making your videos more engaging and including comedy in them, I'm sure people will enjoy them more.

Just as a change I suggest trying logging or doing a face to face video once a week, it should add a new type of "thing" to your channel and more people would be able to relate and watch your videos. Add commentary, don' you think it's boring to just sit and watch someone play the game for 10 mins without saying anything or engaging with you?
