What should I get for my Custom Gaming Pc?

My budget is around £420-450

I would want to play BF4, COD, Fifa, minecraft and that at a good frame rate. And I would like to play some games on high setttings can I do this with my budget.

For example I was looking at this

Intel i5 3470 @ 3.2 Ghz

HD Radeon 7850

2 X 4 Gb Ram

450 w PSU

this would cost £420.81 is it worth it?

I5 is probably not good enough at least
it might be worth it here is my setup
i7 processer
8gb ram
1.5tb hardrive
radeon 5770 windows 7 64 bit
works like a charm
