What music can i use in games that are not copyrighted?

I have a channel and I wanted to play Minecraft And Spore But i disabled all the sounds and all the music and i wanted to know what sounds i can use and i really want to make a video about it and don't say its alright just do it. I don't wanna go to jail.PS: can you also give me some free games to record. I would like to know what sounds i can use and i can't mostly in Spore.

I don't think you can get in trouble for playing a game with sounds/music enabled, especially if you have bought the game/s

EDIT: Minecraft music and sounds are safe to use, as long as you own the game, and is ONLY used when recording minecraft.
