What minecraft (version 1.7.4) hacked client is the best one for multiplayer?

I've tried other clients, and none of them have a radar or a working auto sprint. Is there any good hacked client for 1.7.4 that has this? All of them claim to have a working sprint but none of them actually work, any clients?
