I want a laptop that can be used for school but mostly for games like minecraft at max settings or sims 4. I was thinking aboutgetting this one

Your budget won't do what you want. Almost no laptops work great with games -- the cpu speeds are too slow. Worse, the graphics stink for games unless you get one with a dedicated graphics card and those are much more costly than 350

Assuming you could even install those games in the first place (hint: chromebook), absolutely not.
