I want to play minecraft with big modpacks, but need a cheap comp that could run attack of the b team at 70 fps, but don't know what to get.
Added (1). I want adesktop, like dell, or a cheap apple iMac if possible. Post Amzon likes?

No one uses desktop anymore. You should buy an Asus Transformer Book T100 or Microsoft Surface Pro 3. They are both tablets run Windows 8.1, which you can run all kind of games on it. Plus, you can take it everywhere with you; it's more convenience than laptops.
I have an Asus Transformer Book T100, and it costs $400 with an external keyboard and Microsoft Office included. I can play minecraft while taking a bath if I want because it's small enough to carry almost anywhere.

Mac runs minecraft, but not many other PC games. If that's all you want to play, I'd suggest a Mac.
