What kind of computer should I buy?

I want to get a knew good computer for as low as price as possible but I want it to be able to
-power at least 2 monitors at the same time
-play feed the best ( basically minecraft with tons of mods ) with at least 100fps
-watch videos online with at least 720p quality with no lag or a lot of buffering

I know the specs sound stupid but that's mostly what I want the computer to do. So any suggestions on what computer I should buy?

There are so many computers out there, with different hardware combinations so it is difficult to suggest one in particular, however ensure it has a powerful graphics card for what you want and make sure the graphics card has the capability for 2 monitors such as 2 HDMI or 2 VGA or DVI, you get the idea. Price wise though around $800 min.
