I would like to start recording me making sims houses playing the sims and minecraft. But i would like to know what is the best FREE recording program to use for windows 8.1?
I want to be abler to record me talking as well.

There's no good free ones, Fraps is really good but costs money, it can record voice, has no lag, works on windows 8, ETC.
