I'd call it Davros. They are both wrinkly.

Call it Taverner. Doctor Who is a Timelord… A famous cricket charity is The Lord's Taverner's… So, combining the two (my favourite sport and sci-fi programme)… Your dog is a (Timelord's) Taverner.
