Cheap $200 Laptop/PC that can run Minecraft?

Okay, so here's the deal. I want a laptop/PC thats under or around $200. I also want it to run games like Minecraft smoothly. I do not want to build it myself, I want it premade. I want a Windows OS, XP or higher. Please do not say that there's no chance to find a computer like that, I just want an answer. If you know of a computer like that, please tell me. And if you don't, don't answer.
