I want to build a world with my own hands. And not minecraft that's different. And if there isn't a game out there than a game where you use the four elements to defend yourself or something.

Sounds like you need Godus! Created by the amazing Peter Molyneux (my favourite game developer) it is one hell of a game!

I like pocket god. It's pretty funny and fun. But it costs a little bit of money. A free god playing game (I think I just made that genre up) is godus. You can get them both on iOS not sure about play store though.
