What i must do if i have low video card to play games that require more?

If you want to play a game that requires a good PC but you don't reach the minimum requirements to play it, you can do some stuff.

Defrag, clean or format your HDD. This can be a big performance boost.
You can lower the graphics in game, you can also lower the resolution to 1280X720 or something like
Update your drivers. You can download Intel drivers form here:

Just chose your OS and then you can download the drivers that are down below.

If these procedures didn't work, you can upgrade your graphics card, but because you have a laptop, opening one can be really risky, specially when you have an integrated graphics card. You can watch some videos on how to open a laptop

If you don't want to open your laptop, then sorry, you might have to buy a new one, specially if the games you want to play have really good graphics. I suggest these ones:

I know these laptops are pricey, but if you treat them like a baby, they can last you 4 or maybe even more than 5 years, and yes, these will play all games you want (Except some games like Crysis or Thief or Star Citizen that require a $2000 PC to run) in medium or even high settings

I don't really know any games that could run good on your laptop that aren't 8-bit. You can try running Minecraft, maybe Team fortress 2, Half Life etc.
Games nowadays require a good PC to run
