Yesterday I rented a Minecraft 360 Version and my brothers were playing it fine until it was like 10:30 pm my brother saw that it was scratched, and right now I rented another one and didn't put the damage one back to the machine because people say they can charged you.

Maybe it was already scratched before you got it. I don't really know what else to say. THe only time I got a redbox game is was the walking dead and it was scratched so bad.
