So I was playing Minecraft and I died from falling and when I respawned, I was immediately killed by a skeleton but standing next to him was a mob that looked just like the playable character but he had black eyes and gold armor on. I was playing offline so it's not another player. Does anybody know what this is? It wasn't a zombie because it had the same skin tone as the playable character.

Maybe it was a enderman wearing a gold chest plate it picked up somehow? I don't really know

I was playing minecraft and i got strucked by a lightning and got a low health. After that, i turned around and saw a mob with black skin but doesn't have eyes but it acts like herobrine. It suddenly teleported and exploded near me and i died. I spawned back to my house and i was infront of a sign that kept on changing letters. What mob is this and how to get rid of it?
