When I started up Minecraft and played on a server recently, I noticed that my skin was Steve. I asked my friend if I looked like Steve to her, and she said no.
This has been happening for the past month or so. If I use the Minecraft Skin Viewer to look at myself, my skin isn't Steve. Even if I'm not Steve to anyone else, it still really bothers me because I made my own skin from scratch. If everyone else can see my creation often, I want to see it too. If I use the Minecraft Skin Viewer to look at myself, my skin isn't Steve.
I've done some research and I've found that other people have had similar problems, like they have their skin when they join a server, but when they warp to a minigame, their skin turns to the default skin. However, the problem happens to me regardless, and it only happens to me.
I do have a resource pack, could this be part of the problem?
My Minecraft skin looks like Steve, but only to me?

It could be something to do with your texture pack. Try it without or if not then uninstall and redownload the skin and if that doesn't work, Minecraft.

I do know there's a skin glitch in 1.7.8, 1.7.9, 1.7.10, that everyone is Steves…
I think Mojang said they would fix this in 1.8?
