When i change my skin My minecraft skin stays the same as my old skin… Can Someone please help me?

It may have something to do with the upcoming 1.8 update as there's a change with the skins just wait until 1.8 comes out

Are you saving it to your PC and uploading it on minecraft.net? Also you have to restart minecraft once you change your skin. The easiest way to get skins is from the skindex, all you have to do is choose one download it and upload it on minecraft.net
