Should I invest in Minecraft PC? It sounds great but is it worth its money?

For me it was. However, after a couple years I got tired of it. A few friends who still played invited me to play on a Factions server with them, so I just recently started up again. Mods do make the game very different (like a whole new game) and can eat up your time.
