Should i install minecraft forge?

Hi i'm trying to get pixlemon but i need minecraft forge but when i tried to install it it said it may harm my laptop so should i still get it

It is safe because many people use this. It only depends on what kind of mods you install on it. Pixelmon is ok.

Yes, install it. I have installed it many times on all minecraft versions. And my computer/minecraft is fine. You should have no problems and long as you backup your saves. And use the autoinstaller. Its way easier. Btw pixelmon is awesome.
