I have a minecraft bukkit server hosted on Hosthorde. It has 10 slots and there's very little lag. It is basically a Factions PVP server, with Minigames like TNTRun and Zombie survival. What can I do to get more players online?

You can advertise it on the mine craft forums. Just create an account then make a page, you can then describe it, and add screenshots, the better it looks, the better chance you have.
