What's a easy why to make a popular minecraft server?

I've been trying to make a Minecraft server with multiple worlds but its very hard, I use bukkit. I have 3 faction worlds that all need different faction towns/data and can't figure that out, as well as the money for each world needs to be different (still can't figure it out) Any ideas?

Added (1). I guess the question is more 'How do I make a multi-world Bukkit minecraft server'

Added (2). it came very easy to me to make a survival no pvp and creative server with multiple worlds are killing me

There's no EASY way to make a server. They are a lot of hard work.

Youtube has hundreds of video's on how to make a bukkit server.

Are you using the plugin Multiverse? It's the best way to do it without creating a hub.
