What is a good mincraft server hosting?

I'm not paying more than 20 bucks a month. I want 50 player slots.

Added (1). * actually i want 15-20 player slots. But i want to upgrade to 50 later.

Beastnode.com is a really good host, and you get to choose the player slots. They have pretty good support and are very reliable.
