Starting a minecraft pixelmon server, need plugin suggestions?

I'm very new to the whole server running business in minecraft, but i have been admin on a server a while ago, so i know how to use tools such as world edit and such, i'm now making a pixelmon server in the future, and i'm trying to come up wiht a list of plugins that i should/will use on the server before i start paying the host (mainly to save time so i will have more time to build the server and learn how to use the plugins i never used before. At the min this is the plugins i plan to use:

world border
HeroChat
World Edit
permissionsEX
Votifier
World Guard
essentials
essentials spawn
admin chat
essentials protect
essentials anti build
player vaults
limited creative
towny
autorank
pixelmonGyms

am i forgetting any plugins? Or are there any that you think i would be crazy to use/not to use? The server will have towny (as seen above) it will be on normal settings to create more of a challenge for players, and i will be having player gym leaders for the whole jonto league. I'm opened to suggestions also.

Honestly plugins arent my strong point in minecraft servers but id be happy to give you advice on other things. First off, i suggest you add the custom npcs mod to create npcs. Ik pixelmon lets u add trainers but they can't send u on quests such as the Mr.Pokemon quest at the beginning of the game in gold and silver. Custom npc's will let you do those quests. Also custom npcs adds a currency system so thats helpful. By the way, by normal setting do you mean normal diffuculty? If so i highly don't recommend it. Mobs in pixelmon can kill u while u r battling and you can't fight back because of the gui system. Hope this advice helps. If you have any specific questions ask me i'll try to help. Sorry about the lack of plugin help but what you have is pretty much most of it except for hax protection. Also, me and my friends would probably go on your server, it sounds like fun.
