Specs for WorldEdit for Minecraft?

Need some help with making my server and need software such as WorldEdit to copy and past and make circles etc. What's the specs that i may need to run it smoothly as only have my laptop,
if there's another piece of software thats good please let me know

Added (1). The specs for my laptop to run world WorldEdit, i'm not going to run the server from my laptop i just need to know if WorldEdit consumes a lot of RAM when using it etc.

What kind of specs? If you mean for your server, it depends on how many players are on, and how many plugins you have. With no players beside you and no plugins, 1gb or ram should be plenty
