The computer is strictly for a public server, the case size is micro atx, and if possible to save on costs run off of 300W. Also please don't link a website that has a guide or anything my parental controls glitched and blocks off certain computer related websites.

Even though you said you didn't want links, try "pcpartpicker".com or "hackforums".com as they have guides. It's all in how you want the power of your server to be. You should google some specs and find a relative area of power you want and then repost this question in order to figure out how much money/power range you need.
