I port-forwarded and everything I need to do… I have no clue what is wrong.
My minecraft server will run on my one laptop but not on the other. What is wrong?

With no clues from you on "laptop" or "other", how to guess?

You know that portforwarding is computer specific so in order to run it on the other pc you'll need to change the settings of your portforwarding?
