I was on my minecraft server yesterday with about 8 other people from around the world, when suddenly my internet went out. After stopping the server, restarting the internet and getting everything back up and running, my server will no longer go online. So, nobody is able to access it, including myself. It is fully port-forwarded and set up, and there's no error in the command prompt.
My minecraft server will no longer go online?

Your router must give out dynamic IP addresses so restarting your internet gave you a new public IP.
Use ipchiken to get public ip
