Ok So I got banned from a server and I want to get back on and play again. They didn't IP ban me just a normal /ban <username>

Well, you would have to somehow contact the owner or an admin of the server. There's nothing you can do, except ask to be un-banned.

Contact the server owners and appeal the ban.
Side note: to avoid being banned from servers in the future, grow up and stop breaking the rules
