I just downloaded the new server file. The server stays open for 5-10 minutes then closes. The game gives me the message {Communication Error Server Closed} I have tried re-downloading the server and Minecraft.exe I restarted my cpu, nothing. Any advice would be very helpful.

Mine works fine and runs 24/7. You might want to down grade to version 1.6 of java, as newer versions don't always work as well.
