Looking for a peaceful minecraft server NO PVP?

I don't want to join a server with hundreds or thousands of people because i feel ignore, absolutely no pvp, max amount of player 5 or less or even help with the server creation, respectful and friendly people, play the game with no cheats or things like that ^-^
I do not want to join a server that has made a lot o progress ether, like for example the host has build a lot of automatic farm staff and done a lot of creations like making a town for all the players, since that will make me feel useless and with no reason to make anything else for the server.
since it seems that am asking too much, I've been thinking on creating my own server but it'll probably be a waste of time. Finding people to join my server will be impossible, even with the server pages on the internet(I've seen them, and try joining but i can't find one that i like)
I suppose I just want to start fresh with a couple of noobs just like me.

and in case this helps some how i got the game 20 days ago, and since non of my friends are into it, (I totally wasn't ether, but i got this game as a birthday gift and decided to give it a try, and am glad i did) I will love to play with someone else that enjoys this game as much as i do.
