I can't seem to port forward my minecraft server. How do I fix it?

I'm trying to port forward a Minecraft Server on port 25565. I'm hosting on a Windows 8 computer and is connected to Ethernet. My router/modem is a Xfinity/Arris TG862. My computer Ip is 10.0.0.5.
I believe it is port forwarded it but I can only connect to local and when I go on google to check my public Ip, it's crazy numbers and letters. 364g601:2:5g60:664:fefe:1ec6:6v45:8452.

Port forwarding:
type 192.168.1.1 as website url

username: admin
password: [blank]

usually under WAN or port forwarding

port range 25565 local ip (should be a list, select your pc name) protocol both

save, should reboot

ip
download no-ip, its a free service that gives u a url (eg ntc.no-ip.biz) and it automaitcally changes with your ip (eg if your ip changed, the url would be the same and the porgram will auto adjust to the new ip)
