The screen shot is in the photos for you but I have no idea what I'm doing wrong we have one router I was told the only way was to connect an ethernet cable to it but I can't. I have looked up videos and websites for weeks now but it still will not work so please help! Thank you for your time! I will reply as soon as possible!

The ip address would be the Ip address assigned to the device, it would be set a static ip address on the device using mincraft server you could goto eg -> http://portforward.com/ this has full guides on how to do port forwarading eg -> http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Linksys/WRT110/Minecraft_Server.htm

It looks like you did it correctly, although the font is small. You use port 25565 right? And for the ip address, you entered the ip address of the computer running the Minecraft server, right? On the computer running Minecraft, be sure to also allow the port through the firewall (or just disable the firewall completely).
