My guess is that your Wi-Fi is down. That would be a likely explanation!

Try reinstalling it. If that doesn't work, then try to get help from YouTube. Just simply search up on YouTube "How to help crash server from Minecraft" or you can do it your way.

You may need to get a more powerful computer. I got this a lot when I played on my laptop so I had to wait until I got a better PC tower to play on servers.
