How to turn maps made in singleplayer into multiplayer map?

I just made a cool minecraft map in single player and now I really want to play it with my friends. Also every one says you have to move it to a minecraft server folder (how do you get this).

Okay, you know how when you create a MineCraft server, it creates a folder and all that. Inside this folder should be a folder named Worlds.

Just delete the things inside that folder and replace it with the world files from the world you want to use for the server.
