How to teleport to someone's set home without them knowing?

I'm applying to be a helper on a minecraft server but i need to ask the question above and i have no clue what the command is. Is there any moderators/admins/helpers that could give me the command please. Thank you!

I think you need to type /tp [Player's Name]

You fist have to vanish (/v) and then teleport to the player in-game (/tp [player]). If they are not on the server, then you can't get there.
