How to stop BowWarfare Changing Weather?

I have BowWarfare on my minecraft server and it says [BowWarfare] Cancelling weather changing. I don't know why it does this can I stop it?

All I can think of is disabling the plugin all completely. Or going into the properties file, If it has one, and looking through there to see if there's anything
