How to start over in a Minecraft server?

I want to "start over" in a Pixelmon server. And by "start over" I mean start over by choosing a starter, getting the starter kit, etc. How do I do this?

Can't, all that is handeled server-side, what you could do is ask someone who can modify the server data, ideally the owner and ask if he can do this for you. If hes cool-n-nice, he probably would, if not, either hes not so nice or its a huge server and its a lot of work.
