To Create a server, you go on minecraft site and on the site you click on the link where it says to click if you want to make a server. Then itll download a file and in the file there will be the minecraft server which you click on and then type run for it to run.

It has lots of steps, so you really should use utube tutorial. It took me hours to follow the steps and figure them out
