How to make it so Normal Players can warp in minecraft?

I'm the owner of a Bukkit server, i recently opened, and i found out that defualts can't do /warp (warp name)
I use MCPROHOSTING

If it is bukkit without any plugins it is basically just like vanilla. To teleport to a location in bukkit without any plugins the users would have to be op and use /tp x y z coordinates or you could just type the command in a command block then they could right click the command block. To get a command block type /give {Username} 137 1.

There are many plugins on bukkit you could install to to make warps the best one with the most features would be the "Essentials" plugin. Once install go to the location of the warp location and type "/setwarp {Insert Name}" then the users could use /warp {The name you set} to get there.
