How to give a player permissions? Bukkit Minecraft?

Okay so All I need is this;

I have a plugin on my server called craftconemy3 and it requires plaers to have the permission;

craftconomy.money.balance (among others) All I NEED is for players to have that permission. HOW DO I ADD PERMISSIONS?!
