How to get more players on a Minecraft Server?

I'm wondering if there are any "easier" ways of getting players on your minecraft server.

I know there are sites like Planet Minecraft, I've posted my server on most of them.
I've even posted my server on reddit.com/r/mcservers

But the amount of players is extremely low (10 players online max)

Do you know any efficient and fast method of getting players?

Go to Omegle.com and find people

Go to mcctf.com and do
/a JOIN (server ip) nEEDS STAFF NOW

then you get about ten people and make them do a staff app then say I'm thinking for the next month hope this helped u
